How do I start or join a session?
From the home page, click Start Surfing to create a session. Share the invite link or SID with collaborators, or use the Invite dialog to send email/WhatsApp invites.
What do the permissions mean (View / Annotate / Control)?
View lets guests observe, Annotate adds notes and highlights, and Control allows remote navigation within the session.
Do you capture my passwords or cookies?
No. Dual Surfer is built to keep your credentials and cookies in your own browser. Session artifacts include only metadata like URLs/timestamps and notes you add.
How do I export my session?
Open the Session Summary page and choose PDF/CSV/JSON. Exports include timeline, notes, and annotations for downstream analysis.
My camera/mic isn’t working
Check browser permissions, OS privacy settings, and ensure no other app is using the device. Reload the page and try again.
Why won’t a site load in a panel?
Some sites disallow embedding (X-Frame-Options / CSP). Use “Open in new tab” or screen share that tab instead.
How do I request or delete my data?
Email info@algorethics.ai with the subject “Data Request.” Include your account email and relevant session IDs.
Where can I report a security issue?
Please email info@algorethics.ai with details. Do not publicly disclose until we confirm a fix.
