4. Co‑browsing & Content

• You control what is shared during a session. Do not share sensitive information unless you understand the risks.
• Where available, you can adjust permissions (view/annotate/control) for invitees.
• We do not claim ownership of the content you access on third‑party sites. You grant us a limited license to process session artifacts (e.g., URLs, notes, exports) solely to provide the Services.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, including any activity that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or attempts to bypass technical restrictions.
• Do not upload or share malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with others’ use.
• Respect applicable terms of third‑party websites you co‑browse.

6. Plans, payments & taxes

If paid plans are offered, fees, renewal terms, and refunds will be disclosed at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we state otherwise.

7. Third‑party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third‑party sites and tools. We are not responsible for third‑party content or practices.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services and related IP. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Courts located in Broward County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
