By accessing and using BiasRadar.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

BiasRadar.ai provides a web-based platform and browser extension for real-time co-browsing and algorithmic bias detection. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: Violate any local, state, national, or international law. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Carlo Peaas Inc and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated or changed without notice.
